2. Eligibility and membership
SustAIn membership is open to SMEs, scale-ups, universities, research organisations and individuals as described on our website. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or revoke membership at our discretion, including where we believe a member has breached these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Upload or transmit any content that is misleading, infringing, defamatory or confidential to a third party without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, related systems, or other members' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
4. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and materials provided through the Services are owned by JMJW Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any content, data or proposals you submit. By submitting such content you grant us a licence to host, process and use it as required to provide the Services.

Member information, proposals and data are treated as confidential and will only be shared with third parties or other members with your consent or where required by law.
6. Fees
Certain features of the Services may be offered free of charge while others require a paid membership. Fees, billing terms and cancellation rights are set out at the point of purchase and form part of these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including funding success, consortium formation or project results. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMJW Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these terms or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
